Alexandra is a student at The George Washington University, majoring in Latin American and Hemispheric Studies and Art History. She’s been in Southern California her whole life until moving to DC for school! Before joining adQuadrant, she worked at many places like a law office, a higher education non-profit organization, and Capitol Hill. She is a plant mom, so she can be found at a local nursery buying new plants or in her garden.
Amane Perez

Amane comes to adQuadrant with over 20 years of experience in the corporate world of insurance investigations. She obtained her BA in Criminal Law from UC Irvine and her MBA in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton. Her super curious personality makes digital marketing her new playground to learn something new every day. She lives in Los Angeles with her 3 kids, 2 dogs and hubby. She enjoys being active and loves hitting her local trails with her running friends.

I've lived in Southern California all of my life and I cant imagine living anywhere else. I graduated from CSUF in Marketing and currently enrolled in my MBA for Project Management. I have close to 3 years of marketing experience between search/SEO. I'm into Archery, watching every movie release possible, going to corgi play dates and attending live theatre plays.
Arjun Jolly

Arjun received his undergraduate education in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University with an Executive Masters in Business Administration. Arjun currently lives with his wife in Irvine and enjoys trying new restaurants, riding around the mean streets of Irvine on his bike, and watching the latest binge-worthy shows.
Bryan Do

Originally from Orange County but now residing in San Diego, Bryan studied business administration at San Diego State University. With a long stint in the digital advertising space, he loves being able to combine his passion for connecting with people and using technology to work smarter, not harder. A kid at heart, you can always catch him trying to tell bad dad jokes, laughing, and looking for ways to have as much fun as he can.
Corinn Castro

Corinn is from San Francisco and spent over a decade as a producer in sports television. She studied film and media in undergrad and transitioned into digital marketing after completing a master's in that field. She enjoys everything SoCal life has to offer, such as hiking, live music, the arts, vegan restaurants, and anywhere local that's dog-friendly.
Courtney McCall
Director of Operations
Courtney is originally from Huntington Beach. After graduating from California State University, Fullerton, Courtney traveled the world as a cruise ship activity director before pursuing a career in Human Resources. In her spare time she enjoys practicing yoga and traveling.
Dale Wilson
Solutions Engineer
Dale Wilson hails from Pittsburgh, and received his BA in Literature and Language at Webster University in St. Louis, MO. An avid traveler, he has lived in Vienna, Austria, Northern and Southern California, and backpacked across Europe. He now calls Los Angeles home, with his wife and pitbull. He has 20 years experience in dot-coms, 15 of that in the digital and online marketing space.
Daniel Shepherd

As a Senior Media Analyst, Daniel brings ad buying experience across the multitude of social and search platforms with millions of ad dollars managed annually. He loves being a great teammate and learning new skills often. Outside of work, you'll find Daniel doing the following: lifting weights, playing basketball or pickleball, reading the Bible with friends or neighbors, dancing, perfecting his fantasy football team, and most of all spending time with his wife, Kristen, and son, Hezekiah.

Dillon has a passion for all things creative within film/video production. After attending Art Center College of Design he gained on-set production experience in a wide variety of industries, directing and producing for a variety of brands. When he's not creating, you can find him outdoors, camping, fishing, or rooting for his Dallas Cowboys.

Greg Bauman

Greg grew up in San Francisco, CA, spent most of his adult life in Portland, OR and now resides in Raleigh, NC. An avid sports fan, he graduated from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) before starting his career in the sports world working for the Portland Trail Blazers and Carolina Hurricanes. For the past 7 years, he's been managing ecommerce partnerships for SaaS companies and agencies. He's also recently become a certified endurance running coach with the Road Runners Club of America. In his spare time, he's most likely running, watching horror movies or spending time with his wife.
Hailey Branham
Account Director
adQuadrant's resident Texan, Hailey is a lover of queso, sunshine, hot sauce and margaritas. She graduated from University of Texas in 2014 and comes to adQuadrant from Facebook, where she partnered with best-in-class agencies and brands across the country. She's a dog mom to the world's sweetest golden retriever and can always be found traveling, hiking, crafting, or telling dad jokes.
Jacob Corsaro

Jacob has a passion for helping businesses solve problems. He loves seeing his clients achieve their goals and grow their businesses in a meaningful way. Outside of the office, he is a dedicated Dodger fan and even got to throw out the first pitch at a game once after winning a video contest. His hobbies include comedy and working out while bumping broadway cast recordings in his headphones.

James is originally from Alabama and graduated from Chapman University in Orange, where he fell in love with California and the energy it brings. He lives and breaths tech and is always excited about the ever-changing challenges and strategies that arise in the digital marketing space. Outside the office, James enjoys gaming, coding, music, and everything else that typically comes with someone who gets excited about pixels.

He is passionate about digital marketing and how analytics can inform our creative decisions. John currently lives in Los Angeles, where he enjoys surfing, running, and reading in his free time.

Originally from Boston, MA, Laura moved to San Diego in 2021 and enjoys exploring California via beaches, hikes, and burrito shops. A graduate of Emmanuel College, she began her marketing career in higher education before transitioning to digital marketing agencies where she's been for the past 5 years.

With a B.A. in Music (University of Indianapolis) and an M.S. in Film Production (Indiana University), Layn comes to adQuadrant with experiences in multiple creative fields. Layn is dedicated to understanding how to best produce creative work at a high level and thoughtfully collaborate with others to do so. Passionate about film and music, Layn spends a lot of her free time writing and creating. She also loves catching film screenings with friends at historic and interesting theaters around Los Angeles.

Melissa is passionate about data-driven creative strategies and tactics. She holds a BFA in Film Production and an MBA from Chapman University. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and two rambunctious dogs, Charlie and Nelly.

Pamela comes to adQuadrant with a background in tech and a love of helping people & solving problems. She graduated from Louisiana State University in 2018 and since then has worked with industry leaders in the digital space to build paid media strategies. She currently resides in Texas and, outside of work, enjoys being in the sun (preferably on a boat), college football, & traveling.

adQ's resident Hawaiian Shirt Enthusiast and Fitness Junkie, Rami comes to adQ with 10 years of advertising experience in both digital and traditional spaces alongside a B.A. in Advertising from CSUF. With an unwavering standard of client relationship management, he believes that every client is a part of the team and strives to help fulfill their goals with a do or die mentality while elevating himself and his colleagues around him. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing sports, travel, cooking, and attempting to play golf.

Ryan is a graduate of Seattle University with a BA in Design and Psychology. He is a firm believer in community through art and has a passion for illustration and painting murals. A new resident of Los Angeles, he currently resides in Echo Park with his English Bulldog, Pongo.

Scott comes to adQuadrant with over 25 years of digital marketing experience in diverse industries ranging from retail and automotive to video games. He also spent 9 years in Mexico City working in the Tequila Industry for Jose Cuervo and Tequila Sauza. Scott graduated from Union College with degrees in Economics and Spanish. In his personal time, he likes to spend time with his wife and is an avid Packers, Bucks and Brewers fan (yes, he is from Wisconsin).

Sean was born and raised in sunny Orange County, California. A little over 3 years ago, he fell in love with the field of digital marketing and has been helping businesses find success through paid media and growth strategy ever since. A serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Warren founded his first digital marketing business at age 17, and has received multiple recognitions for his continued success, including being named on the Empact100 list for entrepreneurs under 30, multiple placements on the Inc500 for his companies, and the 40 UNDER 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Award.
